Returns

This returns policy is intended for Change of Mind purchases only including sale items that have been identified as having a defect at the time of purchase and full priced items. This does not take away your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law Consumer Guarantee. The following terms relate to returning products as a result of change of mind only:

  • We are happy to refund or exchange any full priced garment for change of mind, providing all tags are attached and the item is returned clean & unworn within 7 days of receiving.
  • We offer an online credit for any sale or clearance items
  • Sale items are final will not be accepted for return unless faulty at time of purchase.

 

  • All returns to be sent to HONEYSUCKLE BEACH PO BOX 1309, BARWON HEADS, 3227.

Items that have not incurred a postage charge on initial purchase will have a freight charge of $10 deducted from the refund.

Online Store Credits - If you purchase a full priced item using an Online Store Credit and then return it, the value of the credit will be returned to the Online Store Credit, and any additional payment will be refunded to the original credit card.
